Change of name via deed poll can be done with us instantly for S$90 nett per deed. You will need a deed poll before you can replace your NRIC at the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA).  Click here for an overview of the ICA procedures.

On your part, you just need to provide the details via either Step  (A) or (B) below for us to proceed to do the deed poll.

(B) Alternatively, you may fill up the deedpoll form in WORD format and upload it below.

We will then contact you for an appointment to complete the deed poll. Please bring along a copy of the birth certificate and NRIC for verification on the appointment day. We will be pleased to personally attend to any question  you may have (directly or indirectly relating to deed poll), anytime during this process of changing your name via the deed poll.
